Along with managing the social and health care needs of Medicaid beneficiaries, Traci Thompson, MD, MBA, chief medical officer of Humana Healthy Horizons of Florida, recently launched a nonprofit charity clinic named “Dr Traci’s House,” that seeks to improve health equity in a historically underserved area of east Tampa.
