Inside the Practice: Inside 3D Printers for Procedures

The interventional radiologist and surgeons at Nemours Children's Health System in Florida are using 3D printers not only to help guide their procedures, but also to better explain findings and next steps to parents of patients. By creating 3D models based on diagnostic imaging scans, providers are better equipped to answer questions as well as help surgeons navigate potentially complex procedures. A panel from Nemours joins Inside the Practice to discuss 3D models.
