Inside the Practice: Inside Prostate Cancer & Mobile MRI Units

This summer, Mount Sinai is preparing to launch the Robert F.Smith Mobile MRI Unit to support prostate health in the Black community in New York City neighborhoods. The project stems from research, led by Ashutosh K. Tewari, MBBS, MCh, who has been involved in research exploring the higher incidence and mortality of prostate cancer in Black men. Dr. Tewari joins Inside the Practice and spoke in-depth about his research findings and his vision for the mobile MRI unit.
