However, when major advances enter the space – such as the recent FDA approval of cilta-cel for pretreated, relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma – clinicians can once again feel empowered and exciting, explained Dr. Sundar Jagannath, MBBS, professor of Medicine and director of the Multiple Myeloma Center of Excellence at the Tisch Cancer Institute in New York.
