After Hours: Tennis

Dr. Donna Hallas discussed her love of tennis, her successes on the court, and bringing that love into the practice.

Joann Anderson has worked with UNC Health Southeastern for 14 years and has led it through multiple hurricanes, the COVID-19 pandemic, and a recent acquisition with the larger UNC Health system. She will retire at the end of 2021, and during her retirement she is looking forward to reconnecting with her family, including having uninterrupted with her 7 grandchildren. However, she doesn’t expect she can completely just quit health care. Anderson continues to have a passion for rural health care and wants to find a way to continue to be involved.

Corey J. Langer, MD, director of Thoracic Oncology at Penn Medicine, a professor of medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, discusses his passion for poetry.
